Terms of Service

• By contacting the artist you are accepting all terms and conditions.
• If you are contacting the artist for a commission inquiry be sure to include:
•    Client's name and character(s) name(s)     
• Any social media you wish to be tagged in
  • Please discuss with artist if you prefer the commission to either be posted anonymously or private
• A reference sheet and/or image(s)
• Detailed description of what you want drawn (best of your ability)
• Style you wish the commission to be drawn in (see price sheet or other included info for details)
• Changes can only be made before the final product. Initial roughs and, if requested, cleaned up sketch reviews are available. Payment must be sent by this point before continuing (see below at "Payment" section)
  • Limit to 3 changes per commission before excess fees apply.

• As the artist, I retain all copyrights of all images produced by me.
  • I can post publicly to any of my personal galleries, sell prints, or use in promotional pieces.
    • Discuss with artist before payment if you wish to remain anonymous in the public post or are requesting a private commission
  • I will NOT claim ownership of the characters used from commissioned works and will cite the original owners/creators.
• Client can NOT use the commissioned artwork to make money, online or offline, unless specific permissions have been explicit discussed before payment.
• Client may upload provided online copy that includes artist's signature to their personal galleries for non-profit as long as credit has been given.

• Client may print the commissioned art for non-profit and personal use only. Client may also resize or crop the artwork for digital formats such as icons, wallpapers, or other non-commercial graphics.

• I accept payment in USD via Stripe, Google Wallet, or PP.
• Payment will be made through the invoice system. Client must provide the email associated with their account respectively.
• The full payment must be made by the time of sketch approval unless other arrangements have been discussed with the artist.
• Refunds are available if the following terms have been met:
  • Discussion with artist explaining the circumstances
    • The full image has NOT been completed
    • IF client requests refund AFTER the sketch approval only 50% will be refunded

• The final produced image will be sent to the client as both a full-resolution and scaled down including the artist's signature for sharing. These will be sent either directly or through a personal dropbox share link.
  • ​Note: Dropbox links will be deleted 2 Months after work is completed. Make sure to back up both copies to your personal devices.
• Waiting time from sketch-to-finished is around 2 - 4 weeks depending on the type of project being worked on unless other arrangements and/or delays have been discussed previously.
